Streaming/downloads are now taxable.  That includes books, music, games, music services like Spotify and Pandora.  It also includes canned software like QuickBooks Online, Office 365, or other software as a service.  Satellite radio such as Sirius is also affected.  Updates, maintenance, and support of any of the above services is also taxable.

Basically the apps and games on your device that you pay for are now subject to PA sales tax.  If the app is free, there is still no sales tax.
